France/Launch of calls for projects. Generalist and "Turnkey" 2023-2024

From Tuesday, December 6, 2022, French local authorities (CTF) and eligible associations are invited to apply on the website www.cncd.fr to the calls for projects (AAP) general and "Turnkey" in support of decentralized cooperation projects. Projects lasting from 12 to 24 months can be submitted.

Reminder of eligibility requirements:

- For the General PAA: For the General PAA: intended for TFCs or their groupings that carry out projects in the framework of decentralized cooperation partnerships with foreign territorial authorities. Candidate projects must not fall within the scope of existing thematic or geographic PAAs, except for multi-thematic or multi-country projects.

- For the "Turnkey" PAA: for associations and public interest groups (GIP) under French law, which include, exclusively or partially, French territorial authorities, both metropolitan and ultra-metropolitan.aises, as well as associations under French law that work with French territorial authorities, both in metropolitan France and in the French overseas territories. At least 3 CTFs must be associated to the project.
